The water filter (artvidge is located in the
back upper fight corner of the refi_igerator

When to Replace the Filter
There is a replacement indirator light for
the >4ater filter cartridge on tile dispense1:
This light will turn orange to tell )ou that
}ou need to replace tile filter soon.
Tile filter carh_idge shotdd be replaced
when tile rel_lacement indicator light, turns
red or _f tile flow of water to the dispenser
or icemaker decreases.
Installing the Filter Cartridge
O If you are repladng the cam_idge, filet
remove the old one by slowly turning
it to tile left. Be notpull down on the
cartridge. A small am(rant of water may
drip down.

Fill the replacement cal_hidge with
water fi'om tile tap to allow fi_r better
flow fi'om the dispenser immediately
a_,ter installation.

Filter Bypass Plug
You must use tile filter b)pass plug
when a replacement filter cam_idge is not
a_filable. Tile dispenser and tile icemaker
will not operate without tile filter 05" filter
bypass plug.
