Thank you for this product question, no these are brand new that are purchased from Smeg Australia, our pricing is algorithm-driven and may change to a higher price if the algorithm determines the price was set too low if new stock arrives with a higher cost from the supplier the online price will move.

Thank you for this product question this will depend if your current benchtop is stone, if this is the case this will need to be cut by a specialist stonemason, they have the tools to cut the space without damaging the stone, then you will need an electrician to provide the correct size cable from your switchboard to the cooktop and a gas plumber for the gas connection so as you see there is a little work involved. We are able to have a technician come out to the site for an inspection and provide a quote for the whole job this would have a small fee of $95.00 and when you decide to proceed the original $95.00 will be deducted from the overall total.
