IMPORTANT
As the colours in the mains lead of this
appliance may not correspond with the
coloured markings identifying the terminals in
your plug, please proceed as follows:
The wires in the mains lead are labelled in
accordance with the following code:
Blue neutral [N] Brown live [L] Green/
Yellow [EARTH]
Plug Fitting Details (Where Applicable).
The wire labelled blue is the neutral and must
be connected to the terminal marked [N].
The wire labelled brown is the live wire and
must be connected to the terminal marked [L].
The wire labelled green/yellow must be

On no account must either the brown or
the blue wire be connected to the [EARTH]
terminal.

• Always put ingredients
to be fried in the

• To disconnect, turn
air fryer oven OFF by
making sure the Timer
Dial is set to OFF, then
remove plug from wall

temperature settings
for all cooking/baking,
roasting and air frying.

utensils or baking
dishes on glass door.
• Do not clean with metal
scouring pads. Pieces
can break off the pad
and touch electrical
parts, creating a risk of

dislodge stuck on food
while the air fryer oven
is plugged into an

• In the unlikely event
the appliance develops
a fault, stop using
it immediately and

Before First Use:
Read all instructions and safety information carefully before first use. Please retain this
information for future reference.
1. Remove and safety discard any packaging material, promotional labels and tape
from the oven.
2. Remove Wire Rack, Baking Tray, Airflow Racks, Rotisserie Skewer & Handle from the
packaging. Wash them with soft sponge in warm soapy water then rinse and Dry
thoroughly.
3. Wipe the interior of the oven with soft, damp sponge. Dry thoroughly.
4. Place oven on a flat dry surface. Ensure there is a minimum of 10cm of space around
each side wall of the oven. There should be no objects placed on top of the oven.
5. Before using the Air Fryer Oven for the first time, set the Temperature Dial to 230°C,
and preheat the oven for 10-15 minutes to remove any oil or protective substances
on the heating elements. It is normal for some vapours or small amount of smoke to
appear while oven is heating.

Using Your Appliance.
General Operation:
1. Power Light
The Power Light will light up and remain on when oven is powered on. Note: Anytime the
door is open the power is cut and the light will go out. Simply close the door and both the
power and power light will come back on.
2. Temperature Dial
The Temperature Dial allows you to set the oven temperature from 90°C to 230°C.
3. Function Dial
The Function Dial allows you to select from the following cooking methods: Grill, Oven,
Fan Oven, Airfry, Dehydrate & Rotisserie.
4. Timer Dial
The Timer Dial allows you to set the cooking time for all functions from 0 to 60 minutes.
Turn the dial clockwise to the desired cooking time. The oven will power on and remain on
until the preset time is up. When the preset time is up, you will hear a bell ring once.
5. Oven Light Button
The Oven Light button is used to toggle the internal Oven Light
ON or OFF. Note: The Oven Light will only operate when the oven is running and the oven
door is closed.
6. Rotisserie Spit, Tines, Screws and Handle
The Rotisserie Spit, Tines, Screws and Handle are to be used when using the ROTISSERIE
function. The Rotisserie Handle is supplied to help move food on the Rotisserie Spit in
and out of the oven. Refer to Figure 2 and ROTISSERIE on page 13 for further details and
instructions on how to place in the Air Fryer Oven.
7. Wire Rack
The Wire Rack can be used in the UPPER, MIDDLE and LOWER rack positions .
8. Baking Tray
The Baking Tray can be used during the Oven, Fan Oven, AIRFRY and ROTISSERIE
functions.
9. Oven Tray Handle
The Oven Tray Handle is designed to help place and remove the Wire Rack and Baking
Tray from the Air Fryer Oven.
Place food on the Baking Tray, Airflow Racks or Wire Rack. Select the desired FUNCTION
and TEMPERATURE. Using the TIMER Dial, preheat oven for 10 minutes. After the oven has
preheated, insert food into the appropriate rack position. Start the oven by turning the
Timer Dial to the desired cooking time. When the preset time on the Timer Dial is up, you
will hear a bell ring once.
Note: Your Air Fryer Oven will not operate while the oven door is open. For your safety,
there is a switch that will cut the power whenever the oven door is opened. The power will
resume again when then the oven door is closed. Please note the Power Light will also
switch off anytime the power is cut.

OVEN RACK POSITIONS
Each FUNCTION will tell you where the Wire Rack, Baking Tray and Airflow Racks should
be positioned for the best results. Please refer to the diagram below for rack positions.

Functions:
Grill
Rack Positions: UPPER or MIDDLE
Heating Element Configuration: Top 2 outer elements
1. Set the Function Dial to Grill.
2. Use the Temperature Dial to select the Grill setting (230°C). The temperature can be
lowered if desired.
3. Use the Timer Dial to preheat oven for 10 minutes. The Power Light will illuminate,
indicating the oven is heating.
4. Place food on the Baking Tray.
5. Once the oven is preheated, open the oven door and place the Baking Tray in the
UPPER or MIDDLE rack position.
6. Set the Timer Dial to desired cooking time.
7. Close the oven door.
8. When the preset time on the Timer Dial is up, you will hear a bell ring once.
WARNING! Do not leave the oven unattended during broiling.
Oven
Rack Positions: MIDDLE and LOWER
Heating Element Configuration: Top 2 outer elements and bottom 2 elements
1. Set the Function Dial to Oven.
2. Use the Temperature Dial to select desired cooking temperature.
3. Use the Timer Dial to preheat oven for 10 minutes. The Power Light will illuminate,
indicating the oven is heating.
4. Place food on the Oven Tray.
5. Open the oven door and place the Oven Tray in the MIDDLE or LOWER rack position.
6. Set the Timer Dial to the desired cooking time.
7. Close the oven door.
8. When the preset time on the Timer Dial is up, you will hear a bell ring once.
Fan Oven
Rack Positions: MIDDLE
Heating Element Configuration: Top 2 outer elements + Fan and bottom 2 elements
1. Set the Function Dial to Fan Oven.
2. Use the Temperature Dial to select desired cooking temperature.
3. Use the Timer Dial to preheat the oven for 10 minutes. The Power Light will illuminate,
indicating the oven is heating.
4. Place food on Baking Tray.
UPPER
MIDDLE
LOWER

5. Open the oven door and place the Baking Tray in the Middle rack position.
6. Set the Timer Dial to the desired cooking time.
7. Close the oven door.
8. When the preset time on the Timer Dial is up, you will hear a bell ring once.
Airfry
Rack Positions: MIDDLE and UPPER
Heating Element Configuration: Top 4 elements + Fan.
1. Set the Function Dial to AIR FRY.
2. Use the Temperature Dial to select desired the cooking temperature.
3. Use the Timer Dial to preheat the oven 10 minutes. The Power Light will illuminate,
indicating the oven is heating.
4. Place food in the Air Fryer Basket. Be sure to spread the food out evenly to allow
maximum air flow around the food.
5. Set the Timer Dial to the desired cooking time.
6. Open the oven door and place the Air Fryer Basket in the MIDDLE or UPPER rack
position.
7. Place the Oven Tray in the closest rack position directly below the Air Fryer Basket to
catch any drippings.
8. Close the oven door.
9. When the preset time on the Timer Dial is up, you will hear a bell ring once.
Dehydrate
Rack Positions: MIDDLE and UPPER
Heating Element Configuration: Top 2 middle elements + Fan
1. Set the Function Dial to DEHYDRATE.
2. When in the DEHYDRATE function, the oven temperature is fixed at between
50-70°C and cannot be adjusted using the Temperature Dial.
3. Use the Timer Dial to preheat the oven 10 minutes. The Power Light will illuminate,
indicating the oven is heating.
4. Place food in the Air Fryer Basket and/or Oven Rack. Be sure to spread the food out
evenly to allow maximum airflow around the food.
5. Open the oven door and place the Airfryer Basket and/or Oven Rack in the MIDDLE
and/or UPPER rack position.
6. Set the Timer Dial to 60 minutes.
7. Close the oven door.
8. Since the Timer Dial can only be set to a maximum of 60 minutes, you will need
to manually track your time in the DEHYDRATE function as most recipes call for
dehydration times up to 8 hours.
9. Dehydration is set to a fixed temperature of 50-70C and power will remain on until
manually turned off. This function is not connected to the timer & temperature dials.
Rotisserie
Heating Element Configuration: Top 4 elements + Fan
1. Place one ROTISSERIE TINE on the squared end of the ROTISSERIE SPIT with the
tines facing the centre of the spit and tighten the ROTISSERIE SCREW slightly.
2. Slide the pointed end of the spit through the centre of the meat to be cooked. Secure
the tine through the meat.
3. Place the other tine on the rounded end of the spit with the tines facing the centre.
Secure the tines through the opposite end of the meat.
4. Adjust the meat so that it is centred on the spit. Make sure the tines secure the meat
onto the spit and tighten the rotisserie screws.
5. Use the ROTISSERIE Handle to insert the rounded end of the spit into the drive
socket on the right interior wall of the oven.
6. Rest the squared end of the spit on the spit support on the left interior wall of the
oven.
7. Place the Oven Tray in the LOWER rack position.
8. Set the Function Dial to ROTISSERIE.
9. Use the Temperature Dial to select the desired cooking temperature.
10. Set the Timer Dial to the desired cooking time. The Power Light will illuminate,
indicating the oven is heating.
11. Close the oven door.
12. When the preset time on the Timer Dial is up, you will hear a bell ring once.

Air Frying doesn’t require as much oil as deep frying, but a light spray can enhance
browning and crispness. Use a non-stick cooking spray to keep it extra light, or pour a little
oil into a bowl, add food, and toss.
Troubleshooting:

Cleaning & Care:
WARNING! DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
Clean the appliance after every use.
Cleaning the appliance.
• Always allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning.
• Always unplug the oven from the electrical outlet.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, as they will damage the finish.
• Simply wipe the exterior with a clean, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Apply the
cleansing agent to a cloth, not directly onto the oven, before cleaning. To clean
interior walls, use a damp cloth and a mild liquid soap solution or a spray solution on
a sponge. Never use harsh abrasives or corrosive products. These could damage the
oven.
• The Oven Rack, Oven Tray, Airfryer Basket, Rotisserie Spit, Tines, Screws, Rotisserrie
Handle, Oven Tray Handle and Crumb Tray should be hand washed in hot sudsy
water or use a nylon scouring pad or brush. They are NOT dishwasher safe.
• After cooking greasy foods and after your oven has cooled, always clean top interior of
oven. If this is done on a regular basis, your oven will perform at an optimum level.
• To remove crumbs, slide out the Crumb Tray and discard crumbs. Wipe clean and
return to the oven.
• To remove baked-on grease, soak the tray in hot, sudsy water or use nonabrasive
cleaners. Never operate the oven without the Crumb Tray in place.
• Never wrap the cord around the outside of the oven.
• Any servicing should be performed by an authorised service representative.
To store your appliance:
• Ensure that the air fryer is cool, clean and dry before you store it.
• Store the appliance in a cool and dry place.
