MAIL-IN WARRANTY REPAIR PROCEDURE
Mail-In Warranty Repair generally is performed on displays which are smaller than 30 inches.
tfVlZlO TechnicalSupportdeterminesthat aproblemwitha displayunitmaybewithinthetermsand conditionsof the VlZlO
LimitedProductWarrantyandthat a mail-inrepairmay be performed,the customerwill beprovidedwitha returnauthorization
numberand mail-inrepairinstructions.Proofof purchaseis requiredto confirmthe productis withinthe one-yearlimited
warrantyperiodand meetsthe termsandconditionsof theVtZlOLimitedProductWarranty.
Thecustomerwilt be providedwithinstructionsfor packingandshippingthe unitto the VlZlO servicecenter.The originalcarton
boxand packingmaterial,oran equivalentas designatedbyVtZlO,must be utilized.Thecost of shippingto VlZlO'sservice
centeris at the customer'sexpense.Afterthe productis repairedandtested, theVtZlOservicecenterwill shipthe unitbackto
the customerat VlZtO'sexpense.VlZtOis notresponsiblefor the de-installationor re-installationofthe product.Pleaseread
VtZlO'sLimitedProductWarrantyfor warrantytermsandconditions.
