VIZIO RETURNPOLICY
VtZlO'sreturnpolicyallowsfor productspurchaseddirectlyfrom VtZtO to be returnedby the originalpurchaserduringthe initial
thirty (30) day periodfollowingthe date of purchase.A VtZtO returnauthorizationnumbermust first be obtainedas provided
below.The refundwill be the purchase priceactuallypaid by the purchaserless a ten percent(10%) restockingfee per each
itemreturned.Shippingandhandlingarenot refundable.
The return authorization number must first be obtained from VlZlO's Customer Service by emaiting
[email protected]or by calling 949-428-2525,6:00AM to 9:00PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and
10:00AMto 2:00PMPacificTime, Saturdayand Sunday.Pleasenote that holidayhours mayvary. For up to date information,
pleasevisitwww.VtZtO.com.
Productsmust be returnedto the addressspecifiedby VIZlOCustomerServiceand must be shippedinthe originalpackaging,
with freight prepaidto VIZlO, and must be receivedin new and unused condition.The return authorizationnumber must be
includedin the packaging.VIZlO reservesthe right to assess fees for any damagedor missing parts in additionto the ten
percent(10%)restockingfee.
Returnauthorizationnumbersarevalidfor only fifteen(15)days from issuance.Thecustomeris responsiblefor andmustprepay
allshippingchargesand shallassumeall riskof lossordamageto the productwhilein transitto VIZlO. If the productis returned
to VlZtO (i) withouta VIZlO returnauthorizationnumber,and/or(ii) beyondthe fifteen (15) day period,and/or(iii) withoutproper
packaging,VtZtO retains the right to refusedeliveryof such returnor may return the unit to the customerat the customer's
expenseandwithno refundissued.Thisreturnpolicydoes notapplyto defectiveproducts.PleasereadVlZtO'sLimitedProduct
Warrantyfor warrantytermsandconditions.
ON-SITE WARRANTY
REPAIR PROCEDURE
On-Site Warranty Repair generally is performed on repairable displays which are 30 inches
and larger.
tfVlZlO TechnicalSupportdeterminesthat aproblemwitha displayunitmaybewithinthetermsand conditionsof the VlZtO
LimitedProductWarrantyandthat an on-siterepairmay be performed,the customerwiIi be providedwith an on-siterepair
authorizationnumberandon-siterepairinstructions.The determinationfor performingtheon-site repairmay be dependentupon
the manufacturingdefectand is at VlZlO'soptionand solediscretion.Proofof purchaseis requiredto confirmthe productis
withinthe one-yearlimitedwarrantyperiodandmeetsthe termsand conditionsof the VtZtOLimitedProductWarranty.
On-siterepairserviceis requestedthroughVlZlO'sthird-partyserviceprovider.AfterVlZlO providesthe customerwiththe on-
siterepair(OSR)authorizationnumber,the third-partyserviceproviderwill contactthe customerand will schedulethe repairat
the customer'slocation.Thetotal approximatetime for the repairprocess,which includesthe repairdiagnosis,dispatchingthe
technician,shippingthe replacementpart(s),and arrangingthe appointmentwith the customer,is completedwithin
approximately3 to 5 businessdays,pendingavailabilityof thesefactors.
If it is determinedthe productcannot be repairedon-site,thecustomerwill be requiredto shipthe unitto VlZlO's servicecenter,
perthe belowwarrantyreplacementprocedure.
VIZlOis not responsibleforthe de-installationor re-installationof the product.However,somestandardinstallationmaybe
performedduringthe on-siterepair,at VlZtO'soptionand solediscretion.PleasereadVtZlO'sLimitedProductWarrantyfor
warrantytermsandconditions.
WARRANTY REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
Warranty Replacement generally is performed on displays which are determined to be
economically unrepairable,
IfVtZlOTechnicalSupportdeterminesthat a problemwith a displayunitmay be within thetermsandconditionsof the VlZtO
LimitedProductWarrantyandthat a repair is noteconomicallypossible,basedoncertainmanufacturingdefectsin materials
and/orworkmanship,and/orat VIZlO'soptionandsolediscretion,the customerwill be providedwitha returnauthorization
numberand replacementinstructions.Proofof purchaseisrequiredto confirmthe productiswithin the one-yearlimitedwarranty
periodandmeetsthe termsandconditionsof the VlZlO LimitedProductWarranty.
