VIZIO LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
VIZlO provides a "ONE-YEARLIMITEDWARRANTY"against manufacturingdefects in materialsand workmanshipto the
originalpurchaserof a new VlZtO display purchasedfrom an authorizedVlZtO U.S. resellerand used in the fifty (50) United
Statesor PuertoRico.
VIZIO's Responsibility
VtZlOdisplayspurchasednewfrom an authorizedVtZlO U.S.resellerand thatare usedin the fifty (50) UnitedStatesor Puerto
Ricoare warrantedto be free from manufacturingdefects in materialsand workmanshipfor one (t) year from the date d the
originalretailpurchase,tfthe displayfailsto conformto thislimitedwarranty,VlZlOwill, at its optionandsolediscretion,repair or
replacethe display.
Labor
Duringthe one-yearlimitedwarrantyperiod,VtZlO wilI provide,when needed,service laborto repaira manufacturingdefect.
Repairsrequiredondisplayswhich are thirty(30) inchesandlargergenerallywilIbe made"on-site"wherethe displayis installed.
Thedeterminationfor performingthe on-siterepairis dependentuponthe manufacturingdefectand is at VIZlO'soptionandsole
discretion Repairsrequiredon displayswhich are less than thirty (30) inchesgenerallywilI be performedat a VIZlO service
center.
Parts
Repairsmaybe madewithnew or recertifiedparts,or the entireunit may be replacedwith a newor recertifiedunit,at VtZlO's
optionand sole discretion.Replacementpartsor replacementunitsprovidedunderthis timitedwarrantyare warrantedfor the
remainingportiond the originalwarrantyperiod,or for ninety(90)days from warrantyserviceor replacement,whicheveris later.

Friday,and 8:00AM to 4:00PM PacificTime, Saturdayand Sunday. Pleasenote that holidayhours may vary. For up to date

VtZlO reservesthe right to assess all warranty claims and to determineif defects or damagesare covered by this limited
warranty.Incase of a claimthat is not coveredby thiswarranty,you will be contactedto determinewhetherVtZtOshouldrepair
the damagefor a fee or whetherthe productshouldbe returnedto youas receivedbythe servicetechnicianor servicecenter.
Parts and service labor that are VtZtO's responsibilityunder this limited warranty wilt be providedwithout charge. All other
service is at the customer'sexpense.VlZlO reservesthe right to charge the customerfor any servicecall for anything not
coveredbythis limitedwarranty.Beforeyou ask for warrantyservice,pleasereviewyour User Manual.You mayavoid a service
calland a servicecharge.

productsnot suppliedby VlZtO, modification,alteration,improperservicingor tampering;damagefrom fire, water, lightning,
powersurges,abnormalenvironmentalconditionsor otheracts of nature; normalwear and tear; unsatisfactoryvisualor audio
performancenot causedby a manufacturingdefect;or displayswith a missingor unreadableserial number.Operationof the
displayfor commercialpurposesor in applicationsor usesfor whichthe displayis not intendedis not coveredby this limited
