Activating TempControl
Place a pan on the cooking zone and
add frying fat/oil if necessary.
Touch the sensor control for the fry-
ing level you want to use( ,, ).
The sensor control for the frying level
selected will start to pulsate.
Once the pre-set temperature for the
frying level selected has been reached:
- A signal sounds.
- The sensor control lights up con-
stantly.
- The simmer setting sensor control
lights up.
Place the food in the frying pan.
Simmer setting
If you want to cook on low heat follow-
ing the frying process, select the sim-
mer setting.
Touch the simmer setting sensor con-
trol and add at least 250ml of li-
quid.
