and heads, remember their sloe and location.
Replace them in the same location after
cleaning.

Burner heads
For proper ignition, make sure the
small hole in the secdon that fits over the
electrode is kept open, A sewing needle
or wire twist-tie works well to tmclog it.
The slits in the burner beads must be kept dean
at aft times for an even, unhamperedflame.
Clogged or dir_' bm'ner l)O_S or electrodes
_ll not allow the bm'ner to operate i)roperly.
A W spill on or arotmd an electrode m ust
be carefifllv cleaned. Take care to not hit an
electrode with an}_hing hard or it could
be damaged.
Yi)u should clean the burner caps and
bm'ner heads routinel> especially alier bad
spillove_s, which could clog the openings
in the bm'ner heads, i,ifl offwhen cool.
To remove bm'ned-on fl_od, soak the
bm'ner heads in a solution ot mild liquid
detergent and hot water fin" 20-30 minutes.
For nlore stubborn stains, use a toothbrush.
After cleaning
Beli)re putting the bm'ner caps and heads
back, shake out excess water and then dry
them thoroughly by setting in a wam_ oven
for 30 minutes.
Replacement
Replace bm'ner heads over the electrodes
on the cooktop, in the correct locations
according to their size.

positioned over the electrode.
