CLEANING
Surface Maintenance:
Clean periodically with hot soapywater and clean cotton cloth. Do not use corrosive or abrasive
detergent, or steel wool/scouring pads which will scratch anddamage surface.
Forheavier soil use liquid degreasing cleaner.
After cleaning, you may use nonabrasivestainless steel polish/cleaners,to polish and buffout the
stainless luster and grain. Alwaysscrub lightly,with clean cotton cloth, andwith the grain. Do not
use any product containing chlorine bleach. Do not use "orange" cleaners.
ResidueCups:
Residueand grease from cooking will collect inthe residue cups locatedinside the range hood,
behindthe perforateddiffuser panels. Periodically,unscrew the inlet panelsand removethe residue
cups for cleaning.Clean byhand or ina dishwasher. Spraydegreasingdetergent and leave to soak if
heavilysoiled.
Dryresidue cups and re-install beforeusing hood.
