All electricalwiring mustbe properlyinstalled,insulatedand grounded.Overlyaccumulated
greasein oldductworkshouldbecleanedoutorductworkshouldbereplacedif necessaryto
avoidthepossibilityof agreasefire.Checkalljointson ductwork toinsureproperconnection
andalljoints shouldbeproperlytaped.
Operations
Readall instructionsin this manualbeforeoperatingtheappliance.Savetheseinstructionsfor
futurereference.
Always leave safety grills and filters in place. Without these components, operating blowers
could catch on to hair,fingers and looseclothing.
NEVERdisposecigarette ashes, ignitable substances,or any foreign objectsinto blowers.
NEVERleavecooking unattended.When frying, oil in the pancan easilyoverheat andcatch fire.
Therisk of self combustion is higher when the oil has been usedseveral times.
Cleaning
Thesaturationof greasyresiduein the blowerandfiltersmaycauseincreasedflammability.
Keepunitcleanandfreeof greaseandresiduebuild-upat alltimestopreventpossiblefires.
Filtersmustbecleanedperiodicallyand keptfreefromaccumulationof cookingresidue(see
cleaninginstructionsinside).Oldandwornfiltersmustbereplacedimmediately.Donotoperate
blowerswhenfiltersareremoved.Neverdisassemblepartstocleanwithoutproperinstructions.
