Turn cart upside down.
insert leg extenders. Checkto make sure leg extenderis all the way into the leg.
Attach u-nut (5}to tab. See enlargementof u-nut for correct position.
Threadtank thumbscrew (6) into hole and u-nut. Screw flanged hex nut (7}onto end of tank thumbscrew. Do not tighten
further.
Slidewheel on axle rod. Insert axle rod into large bole in bottom shelf. Attach other wheel with
Twowashers (8) and a bitch pin (9}.
