Most cooking problems often are caused by little things you can find and fix withouttoolsof any kind. Check

Microwave oven does not work
PROBLEM CAUSE
Nothing works.
• The power supply cord is not plugged intoa live circuitwith the proper
voltage. (See the "Electrical requirements"sectionon Page5 and the
"Electrical connection"sectionon Page 11.)
• A householdfuse has blown or a circuitbreaker hastripped.
=The electric company has had a powerfailure.
The microwave oven
will not run.
