Never cover insert with aluminum foil as this prevents the fat from draining to the pan below.
Placesoapycloth over insert and pan; let soak to loosensoil.
Washin warmsoapywater. Use scouring pad to removestubbornsoil.
Broilerpan and insert can be cleaned in dishwasher.
To activate"Control Lock"for cleaning, seepage5.
Wipewith damp cloth. Drythoroughly.
Glasscleanersmaybe used if sprayedon a cloth first. DO NOTspray directly on centre/pad and display area.
Do not use other cleaningsprays,abrasivecleanersor largeamountsof water onthe panel.
DO NOT USEANY CLEANING PRODUCTCONTAININGCHLORINEBLEACH.
DO NOT USE"ORANGE" ORABRASIVE CLEANERS.
ALWAYSWIPE WITH THEGRAIN WHEN CLEANING.
Daily Cleaning/LightSoil -- Wipewith one ofthe following - soapywater,whitevinegar/watersolution,Formula409
GlassandSurfaceCleaner*ora similar glasscleaner - using a spongeor soft cloth. Rinseand dry. To polishand help
preventfingerprints,follow with StainlessSteelMagicSpray [PartNo.20000008)**.
Moderate/Heavy Soil == Wipe with oneof the following - BenAmi*,Smart Cleanser*,or Soft Scrub* - using a damp
spongeor soft cloth. Rinseand dry. Stubbornsoilsmaybe removedwith a damp multipurposeScotch-Brite*pad;rub
evenlywith the grain. Rinseand dry. To restoreluster and removestreaks,follow with StainlessSteelMagic Spray.
Discoloration=- Usingadampspongeorsoft cloth,wipewith CameoStainlessSteelCleaner*.Rinseimmediatelyand
dry.To removestreaks and restoreluster,follow with StainlessSteelMagic Spray*.
Avoid using excessiveamountsof water which mayseep under or behind glasscausingstaining.
Washwith soapand water. Rinsewith clearwater and dry. Glasscleanercan be usedif sprayedon a cloth first.
Do not use abrasivematerialssuch asscouring pads,steelwool or powderedcleanersasthey will scratch glass.
Washwith soapand water, glasscleanersor mild liquid sprays.Avoid using excessiveamountsof water.
Removestubbornsoilswith nonabrasivecleanerssuchas BenAmi* or a bakingsoda and water paste;rinse and dry.
Do not use abrasivecleaners.

To removeoccasionalspilloversbetweencleanings,use a plasticsoap-filledscouring pad; rinsewell.
Wipe up sugaryspilloversand acidic spilloverssuchas lemonjuice, tomatosauce or milk-basedsauces. Porcelain
enamelisacid resistant,notacid proof.Theporcelainfinishmaydiscolorif acidicorsugaryspillsarenotwiped up prior
to a self-cleancycle.
Rubwith a spongeor cloth using oneof the following cleaners:Bon-Ami*,Soft Scrub* or Comet*.Rinse and dry.
Forhard to removesoils,use a dampenedsoap-filledscouring pad. Rinseanddry.
Rackswill permanentlydiscolorandmaynotslidesmoothlyif left in the ovenduring a self-cleanoperation.Ifthis occurs,
wipethe rackand embossedracksupportswithasmallamountof vegetableoil to restoreeaseof movement,then wipe
off excessoil.
