7 .2 Using t he Clea n M ode
When you perform cl
eaning for t he feeding rollers in t he lower
part of the scanner, t he rollers need t o be rot ated w ith a light
force. Using the advanced [ clean m ode] , the rollers can be
autom atically rotat ed forward to help cleaning easier and
effect ive.
To use t he Clean Mode to clean t he rollers,
1. Press and hold the [ Cancel] butt on and the [ Sca n] button
for m ore than 2 seconds, t he following screen will be
displayed.
2. Use
or to select [ Clean M ode ] and then press
[ Scan] to confirm .
3. Pull the Handle and open t he ADF cover wit h a light force.
