Check the regular gas ow to the boiler and that
the air has been eliminated from the pipes.

Check the wiring of the electrode and that it is
correctly positioned and free of any deposits

Electrode deformed/misaligned and/or improper
gap (5/32”)
Combustion incorrect
Natural gas & LP fuel
Perform combustion test for Natural gas & LP

Faulty gas valve Check the gas valve and replace it if necessary
