The heating pad does not work
The heating pad controller will flash meaning “Fault Found”. The “fault” is in the amount of
power available to the blanket, mattress pad
There are several causes to this problem:
1. Heating pad is plugged into an extension cord and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2.
Heating pad wasn't plugged in properly.
To FIX this problem, do the following to reset your heating pad:
1. Turn the blanket control to the "Off" position and unplug the power cord from the electrical
connection and heating pad. 2. Check heating pad plug connection that directly plugs into the
heating pad. Make sure the connection is secure and complete. 3. Re-insert power cord back into
a wall outlet
If the 3 steps above are not followed in order, the bedding product will not properly reset.
