accordingto the instructionssuppliedbyMabeand is
connectedto an adequateand properutilityservice.
Damagedueto abuse,accident,commercialuse,and alteration
or defacingof the serialplate cancelsall obligationsof this
warranty.
Serviceduringthis warrantyperiod must be performedbyan
AuthorizedMabeServiceAgent.
NeitherMabenorthe Dealeris liablefor any claimsor
damagesresultingfromfailureof the Refrigeratororfrom
servicedelaysbeyondtheir reasonablecontrol.
Toobtainwarrantyservice,purchasermust presentthe original
Billof Sale.Componentsrepairedorreplacedarewarranted
throughthe remainderof theoriginalwarrantyperiodonly.
Thiswarrantyisextendedto theoriginalpurchaserandany
succeedingownerfor productspurchasedfor homeusewithin
Canada.In homewarrantyservicewill beprovidedin areas
whereit isavailableanddeemedreasonableby Mabe
to provide.
Thiswarrantyis in additionto any statutorywarranty.

• Owneris responsibleto payfor servicecalls relatedto
productinstallationand/orteachinghowto usethe product.
• Damageto finish mustbe reportedwithin48 hoursfollowing
the deliveryof the appliance.
• Damageto finishafterdelivery.
• Improperinstallation--properinstallationincludesadequate
air circulationto the refrigerationsystem,adequateelectrical,
plumbingandotherconnectingfacilities.
• Replacementof housefusesor resettingof circuitbreakers.
• Replacementof light bulbs.
• Damageto productcausedbyaccident,fire,floodsor acts
of God.
• Lossof fooddueto spoilage.
• Properuseand careof productas listedin theowner's
manual,propersettingof controls.
• Productnot accessibleto providerequiredservice.
