when handlingchain. The chain is
sharp and can cut you even when it is
not moving.

Move On/Stop switchto the Stop
position.
Replace the oldchainwhen itbe-
comes worn or damaged.
Use only the Low-Kickbackreplace-
ment chain specifiedin the repair
partslist.The correct replacement bar
and chain is alsospecifiedon a decal
located onthe chain saw.
See your Sears Sen_ce Center to re-
place and sharpen individualcutters
onyour chain.

tween the:teethin the sprocketnose.
Fit chain drive linksintobar groove.
Pullguide bar forward untilthe chain
issnug inthe guide bar groove.
Installthe bar clamp.
Installbar clampnuts;finger'tighten
only.Do nottightenany furtherat this
point.
