In order to enable you to use it satisfactorily and to properly clean and maintain
the ice maker, please read the instruction manual carefully and keep it for future
reference.

Proper maintenance and operation of this machine will provide better
service
Safety Tips and Warnings
·Do not plug or unplug the power supply with wet hands
·Do not attempt to repair or replace any part of the ice machine, unless
expressly requested by the manufacturer, all repairs should be carried
out under the guidance of a technician.
·Choose a well-ventilated area with a temperature of 10℃-38℃ to use
the machine.
·Do not install or operate the machine in an enclosed space, such as an
enclosed room.
·Install this machine away from the following factors, such as wind, rain,
water mist or electromagnetic environment.
·Do not place next to high temperature sources such as ovens, grills,
etc.
·The use of ice machine must meet the national and local standard
power supply.
Do not pinch or twist the power cord of the ice maker

·In order to make this machine work normally, please lay it flat when
using it
· Check for water leakage after adding water to the ice maker.
·Do not allow children or mentally disturbed persons to operate the ice
machine.
·Although this machine has been tested and cleaned at the factory, due
to long-term transportation and storage, please discard the ice cubes
made in the first two cycles.
·If the machine has not been used for a long time, please clean it
thoroughly before use. Follow the instructions provided to clean and
disinfect. Do not leave any solution behind after cleaning
·This machine is suitable for household or similar use, such as: (home,
bar, milk tea shop, KTV, coffee shop, etc.) Do not use the machine in
places beyond its intended use.
·If the service life is exceeded, please refer the machine to the
manufacturer, service agent or similar qualified organization for
disposal.

·The machine can only be filled with potable water
·If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
service agent or similarly qualified person to avoid danger.

·This device should not be used by persons (including children) with
disabilities of physical, sensory or mental abilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they are supervised or prompted by someone
responsible for their safety
·Leave at least 150mm space around the ice maker to ensure the free
circulation of cooling air.
·Do not use mechanical equipment or other means to speed up the
defrosting and defrosting process other than those recommended by
the manufacturer
·Do not damage the refrigeration line of the ice machine
·Do not use electrical appliances in the appliance's ice storage
compartment other than the type recommended by the manufacturer
·Do not clean the ice maker with flammable liquids. Failure to do so
may result in fire or explosion
·It is forbidden to store explosives such as gasoline,
combustion-supporting sprays or other flammable gases or liquids in
this appliance
·Under no circumstances should the ice machine be tilted more than 45
degrees
·When the machine is working, it is strictly forbidden to touch the
evaporator with your hands

Structure
Electrical requirements
· Please read the safety precautions listed at the front of the instruction
manual
· It is recommended to use a dedicated line for this machine
·Do not use a board that can be disconnected by a switch or ground
wire
·This machine must use the national standard three-pronged plug with

grounding. In order to reduce the hidden danger of possible contacts,
the power cord must be plugged into the matching three-pin grounding
type wall switch. Do not cut or move the ground wire. If the matching
wall switch cannot be used, consumers should ask a professional
electrician to install the correct three-plug switch
Installation
·Connect the power cord, and leave the machine for 24 hours to allow
the refrigerant to settle.
· Unpack all packaging materials: foam, bags, tape, etc.
·The machine should be placed on a stable level surface that can
support the weight of the ice maker with water or ice.
·The machine is not allowed to support and can be installed in any
place that meets the conditions of use and power supply.
·Choose a well-ventilated area with a temperature of 10℃-38℃ to use
the machine.
·Do not install or operate the machine in an enclosed space, such as an
enclosed room.
·Install this machine away from the following factors, such as wind, rain,
water mist or electromagnetic environment.
·Do not place next to high temperature sources such as ovens, grills,
etc.

In order to ensure the long-term use of the machine, use filtered or
purified water; or use citric acid every other week to clean the surface
of the machine and the accumulation of dust and impurities at the
bottom of the water tank.
Control panel
Operate
When you use the ice maker for the first time (or have not used it for a
long time), it is recommended that you discard the ice cubes produced
in the first 4 times to ensure that the machine is thoroughly cleaned.
1. Connect the power cord of the ice maker to a grounded three-pin
socket.
2. Open the front cover, take out the ice basket, and pour potable
water into the water tank (not exceeding the highest water level mark)
3. Put back the ice storage basket, (the water level is appropriate to the

bottom of the ice storage basket), and close the front cover.
4. Click the "Switch" button, the power indicator turns red to green,
and the machine starts to work
5. Click the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the ice making time.
Suggestion for ice making time adjustment:
Ambient temperature 10-20°C ice making time 10-15 minutes
Ambient temperature 20-30℃, ice making time 15-22 minutes
Ambient temperature 30-40℃, ice making time 20-35 minutes
Ice making time 35-40 minutes for ambient temperature above 40°C
6. In the standby state, long press the "+" button for 5 seconds to enter
the scheduled power-on state, and click "+, -" again to adjust the
scheduled power-on time, up to 24 hours.
7. When the machine is turned on, press and hold the "+" button for 5
seconds to enter the scheduled shutdown state, and click "+, -" again to
adjust the scheduled shutdown time, up to 24 hours.
8. In the standby state, long press the "-" button for 5 seconds to enter
the cleaning state, and the cleaning time is 20 minutes.
hint:
·When the ice storage bin is full, the ice full indicator on the display
panel will light up (red), and the ice maker will automatically stop.
When the ice is removed, the machine continues to work.
·If the water is insufficient, the water shortage indicator will light up
(red) and the ice maker will stop working. After refilling the water, press

the "switch" button to restart the machine.
·If an error occurs, the fault indicator will light up red and the ice maker
will stop working. Please refer to the problem solving page
·When the ice maker is not in use, please turn off the ice maker and
unplug the power plug.
· If for some reason the ice machine is to be turned off, wait at least 5
minutes before turning it back on to protect the compressor.
Ice storage
·When the ice storage basket is full, the machine will automatically stop
in standby state.
·The storage compartment storage environment can be insulated, but it

cannot be used for refrigeration.
·Please take out ice cubes as needed and add water to maintain the
amount of water to ensure normal ice making.
The running sound
Your new ice maker might make sounds you're not familiar with. Most
sounds are normal. Here's what you might hear:
·High-efficiency compressors can make jumping sounds or screeching
sounds.
·Water will make a splashing sound from the evaporator to the water
tank.
·At the end of each cycle, you can hear the gurgling sound of the
refrigerant flowing.
·The sound of air being compressed by the condenser fan above the
condenser.
·During the final ice-harvest cycle, you may hear ice cubes falling into
the box.
Cleaning and maintenance
Regular cleaning and proper maintenance will ensure the efficiency,
performance and longevity of your ice machine.
·Turn off the power and pull out the plug before cleaning.

·Do not use solvent-based cleaning agents, which may damage the
machine or retain harmful substances.
·Do not wash the machine, but wipe the outside of the machine with a
damp cloth.
·Dry the inside and outside of the machine with a soft, clean cloth.
·Regularly check whether the drain plug is loose to prevent water
leakage.
To clean after first use or long-term storage:
Sanitizing solution: water and vinegar, or citric acid (ratio: 10:1)
Wipe the inside with the solution, including the part of the evaporator
that is accessible to your hands (icicles)
Add ice water, run the ice maker, and discard the ice cubes produced
the first two times. Then drain the remaining water from the drain and
reinstall the drain plug to make sure it is firmly in place.
·Re-clean remaining water stains with a clean, soft cloth. Complete
cleaning.
Weird smell:
If the ice cubes have a strange taste.
If the ice cubes have an unpleasant smell or the machine has a musty
smell, use the steps above to clean the inside of the machine.
Storage

If the ice maker is not going to be used for an extended period of time,
turn off the power and drain the remaining water from the drain. Dry
the inside with a clean soft cloth (see Care and Cleaning)
This sign “ ” on the product or packaging indicates that the product
cannot be treated as household waste. Should be delivered specific
recycling points for electronic and electrical products. Proper handling
of this product can help prevent environmental problems caused by
improper handling of this product and harm to human health. If you

Troubleshooting
If the machine fails, wait for the machine to stop automatically. You can
solve the problem with the methods in the table below. But do not
disassemble, inspect or repair the machine without professional
guidance.

Tip: After the power is turned on, the water box is turned to the
ice-harvest state, the large ice display light flashes, and the machine
enters the standby state. Click the "switch" button, the big ice display
light will keep on, no longer flashing, and the machine will enter the
normal working state.
This machine has a self-check function. If an error occurs, the ice full
and water shortage indicators will flash alternately, and the ice maker
will stop working.
