Warranty Period
Any warranted part which is not scheduled for
replacement as required maintenance shall be
warranted for 2 years. Any warranted part which is
scheduled only for regular inspection and/or has
instructions to the effect of =repair or replace as
necessary _shall also be warranted for 2 years. Any
warranted part which is scheduled for replacement as
required maintenance shall be warranted either for
the pedod of time up to its first scheduled
replacement, or for 2 years, whichever comes sooner.
Diagnosis
When the ULGE engine isinspectedbyan authorized
Sears service center,the ownershall notbe held
responsiblefor diagnosticcostsif the repairis
deemed warrantable.
Consequential Damages
Sears may be liablefor damages to otherengine
componentscaused bythe failureof a warranted part
ifthe failed part was stillunderwarranty.
What isnotcovered
Owner Responsibilities
Any failures caused byabuse, neglect,or improper
maintenancewillnot be covered.
Add-O_ or ModifiedParts
The use ofadd-on, unauthorizedor modifiedparts
constitutes sufficientreasonfor denial ofsubmitted
warrantyrepairs,Sears willnot be heldliable for
repairsof thistype.

Maintenance, Replacement and Repair of
Emission Related Parts
Any Sears approved replacement part usedin the
performanceof any warranty maintenanceor repair
on emissionrelated parts willbe providedwithout
chargetothe owner ifthe part is underwarranty.
