Simply AMAZING, and without any fried fat!
1 cup raw almonds
100g block Parmesan Cheese
tsp dried basil
tsp dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste
700g boneless chicken breast,
cut into strips
cup butter, melted

CHICKEN TENDERS
1 Add ingredients (except chicken!) in the order listed into
the Short Cup and twist on the Precision Extractor Blade.
2 Push and twist the cup on to the base. A green light will
flash when the unit is ready.
3 Turn the dial to the CRUSH option. Press the green
button. The auto CRUSH program begins and runs for 60
seconds. Unit stops and the light turns green again.
4 Remove the cup from the Power Base and remove the
Precision Extractor Blade from the cup.
5 Pour the almond mix in a bowl and roll the chicken strips
in the mixture until coated. Cook at 190°C for 20+ minutes
until fully cooked (not pink in center).
