INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT FOLLOWED.
• This is the safety alert symbol.
• This symbol alerts you to potential hazards that can hurt or kill you
and others.
• All safety messages will follow the safety alert symbol with either the
word: “DANGER” or “WARNING.”
• ALL SAFETY MESSAGES WILL EXPLAIN WHAT THE POTENTIAL
HAZARDS ARE, EXPLAIN HOW TO REDUCE THE CHANCE OF INJURY,
AND STATE WHAT CAN HAPPEN IF THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT

— Do not use any phones in your home
— Immediately call your gas supplier from a safe location outside of
the home. Follow the gas suppliers instructions
— In the event of an emergency, exit the home immediately, and call
the fire department.
