This unit comes with the mounting screws and the manual. The vent kit and the plumbing hardware must be purchased separately.

#2 What is the suggested maximum elevation that it will work?

The maximum elevation is 2000 feet above sea level.

#3 Do you have a video for installing this this tankless water heater?

There is not a video showing how to install this unit. Marey GA24CSALP must be installed by a professional plumber or electrician to ensure safety and quality. Also, we recommend that the venting installation includes a length of 4ft of straight pipe from the top of the unit to the first bend (if there will be any bends).
