Ecovacs DEEBOT X1 TURBO Questions and Answers

#1 Why does DEEBOT X1 slide when mopping?

Different floor materials and the air humidity in different seasons will result in different amounts of surface water. Select the low water level in the App for mopping can reduce the chance of sliding.

#2 How do I change winter and daylight saving time?

(1) You can select your time zone in App Settings > DEEBOT Info > Time Zone.
(2) You can also set the time zone of your phone system to match the time zone where you live, then select Sync With Phone Time Zone in the ECOVACS HOME App (App Settings > DEEBOT Info > Time Zone).
(3) When the time zone is modified, changes to times in the schedule and log are synchronized.

#3 Are voice command records saved on the server? Can I delete them?

Voice command records are saved on the server and can be viewed and cleared in the App > Settings > YIKO Voice Assistant >

#4 Why won't my robot find or return to the base station?

(1) Make sure the base station is not powered off or moved. The station needs to stay at the location that DEEBOT starts from.
(2) Check whether there are much water on the floor near the station or in the cleaning tank. If yes, please wipe them with a dry cloth. DO NOT use other cleaning solution.
(3) Check if the robot is trapped or give any alerts during the cleaning. If yes, please help him.
(4) Ensure the way to the base station is not blocked.
(5) Place the robot in front of the base station and tap the Recall button on the station to see if the robot can return to the station. If it doesn’t work, please contact ECOVACS customer support.

#5 Why does the base of the docking station get wet?

When DEEBOT's mopping pads moves out of the docking station, it contains more water and some may wet the base of the docking station. It is recommended to move the docking station for a while to clean the base or to purchase a special ECOVACS suction pad to solve the problem completely.
