WARNING

• Never obstruct the front opening of the appliance.
• The front of the appliance must be fi nished with any non-combustible materials such as brick, marble, etc.,
provided that these materials do not go below the specifi ed dimensions as illustrated. As an alternative, you
can fi nish the appliance with drywall, see illustrations to follow.
• Facing and/or fi nishing material must never overhang into the appliance opening.
8.1 nailing tab installation
To install the appliance face fl ush with the fi nished wall, position the framework to
accommodate the thickness of the fi nished wall. Bend out the four nailing tabs,
attached on either side of the appliance and secure to the 2x4 framing. The tabs will
facilitate the installation of either a

” or a 1” fi nished wall thickness. The nailing tabs
must not be removed.
