LIMITED WARRANTY

Thecompanywarrantsthisproducttobefreefromimperfectionsinmaterialor

workmanship,undernormalandproperuseinaccordancewithinstructionsoftheMr.Heater

Company,foraperiodof10yearsfromthedateofdeliverytothebuyerwiththefollowing

exceptions.

•Forinstallationinacarwashandinareaswithexposuretocorrosivechemicals,suchas

ammonia,chlorine,etc.,thewarrantywillbelimitedto2yearsontubesand1yearonall

othercomponents.

TheMr.HeaterCompany,atitsoption,willrepairorreplaceproductsreturnedbythebuyer

tothefactory,transportationprepaidwithinsaidwarrantyperiodandfoundbytheMr.

HeaterCompanytohaveimperfectionsinmaterialorworkmanship.

TheforegoingisthefullextentoftheresponsibilityoftheMr.HeaterCompany.Thereareno

otherwarranties,expressorimplied.Specificallythereisnowarrantyoffitnessforaparticular

purposeandthereisnowarrantyofmerchantability.InnoeventshalltheCompanybeliable

fordelaycausedbyimperfections,forconsequentialdamages,orforanychargesofthe

expenseofanynatureincurredwithoutitswrittenconsent.Thecostofrepairorreplacement

shallbetheexclusiveremedyforanybreachofwarranty.Thereisnowarrantyagainst
