#1 How loud is the unit when it is running?

It is very quiet. I run it while my husband and I are watching television. I love this massager!

#2 Mine massages for 30 seconds and turns off. No mention of this in the instructions, it should run on 15 min interval. Is mine faulty?

The massager will stop and go in intervals, but should continue it's program for more than 30 seconds. Does it turn off completely? If it turns off completely and there is no motion after 30 seconds, then yes, it's a defective item.Thank you!

#3 Does this product have rolling balls on the feet?

Yes. It has the rolling balls. When you start any particular setting you will feel the pressure on your calves and balls under feet moving.
