NECESSARY TOOLS REQUIRED
FOR ASS EMBLY
• 10 mm socket
• Extension ratchet
• Phillips screwdriver
INSTALL HANGER
The hanger can be mounted on either side of
a tool cabinet. If necessary, remove the side
handles from the tool cabinet.
To install the hanger, position it over the holes
in the tool cabinet and attach using four
M6 x 16 counter sink screws. Tighten
securely.
ATTACH EVA PADS
Attach two EVA pads to the power drawer in
the locations indicated.
HANG POWER
DRAWER
Hang the power drawer on your tool cabinet.
CONNECT POWER
DRAWER TO CABINET
NOTE: Two or more people may be required
to complete this step.
Position the connector on the back of the
power drawer and tool cabinet. Attach to the
power drawer using two M6 x 16 hex bolts
and to the tool cabinet using one M6 x 16
hex bolt.

RAISE AND RELEASE
DRAWER FRONT
This unit is equipped with a raise and release
drawer front.
To open, lift up on the drawer front while
pulling towards you.
To close, shut the drawer firmly until the latch
engages.
If the drawer does not stay closed, the drawer
contents may be the obstruction, or the hook
may be bent or it may rub against the drawer
slides. To fix this problem, lightly bend the
hook until the drawer engages in the slide.
TO REMOVE DRAWER
Pull the drawer out so it is almost fully
extended. PUSH UP on the black release
lever on one side, while PULLING DOWN
on the black release lever on the other side.
While holding the levers in the positions as
instructed above, pull the drawer outward
until it is released from the drawer slide.

PULL DOWN (OTHER SIDE)
TO REPLACE DRAWER
Extend the drawer slides from the tool chest
or cabinet. Insert the brackets on each side
of the drawer into the slots in the chest or
cabinet slides, being careful that they are
positioned properly. Once properly inserted,
completely close the drawer / work top to set
the slides in their proper positions.

MAINTENANCE
Periodically clean the drawer fronts, trim,
and other surfaces with mild detergent and
water.
Lubricate the slides (twice a year) with
a product like WD40 or other quality
lubricant. This is especially important in low
temperatures, which can cause the bearing
to become stiff.
Grease and oil can be removed with most
standard cleaning fluids. For safety, use a
nonflammable cleaning fluid.

and tip, which may cause personal

DO NOT mount this
product on a truck bed or any other moving

Secure this product
properly before moving it with a forklift.

DO NOT alter this
product in any manner. For example, do not
weld external lockbars or attach electrical
equipment. This may cause product damage
or personal injury.

Keep the product on
level surfaces. The product may become
unstable and tip if stored or moved on an
uneven surface, which may cause personal
injury or product damage.
WARNING:
To prevent the hutch
from easily tipping over, fasten the screws to
connect the hutch and cabinet.

The maximum weight
on the drawer should be no more than
150 lbs.
CAUTION:
The maximum weight
on the shelf should be no more than
50 lbs.
