Water softening system
The dishwasher requires soft water to ensure proper washing results.
Your appliance is equipped with an internal water softening system.
However, if you have a household water softening system, you will not
need to use this softening system.
The required amount of salt depends on the degree of hardness of your
tap water (See table for more information).
For the water softening system to function properly, it will need to use
dishwasher water softener salt .The amount of salt dispensed can be set
H:00H:07H:00 (this is the default
factory setting).
Open the door (for hidden controls only).
Turn the unit on using the  ON/OFF button .
 ASTART button until the display
H:00
Release both buttons. 
Press  “B” to select the desired setting.
To change the setting,
 C
Save the selected language by pressing the  START button.
Close the door (for hidden controls only).
           

Using a water hardness test strip

Dip briefly the test strip into tap water for one
second, shake off excess water compare after 1
min.
