Detergent drawer guidelines
The automatic dispenser models provide a three-compartment dispenser: two
compartments for auto dispensing and another part for manual input. With Auto Detergent
and Auto Softener enabled, the washing machine dispenses an adequate amount of
detergent or fabric softener for each load. See below for details:

A. Auto Detergent: Use liquid
detergent only.
B. Auto Softener: Use fabric softener
only.
C. Manual Detergent: If necessary,
add detergent manually as instructed
by the detergent manufacturer.
- To use the manual dispenser, make
sure the auto dispenser is turned off.
Keep pressing Dose per Wash until
the Auto dispense indicators are off.
- To use a powdered detergent, do not
exceed the max line (D).

CAUTION
Do not apply excessive detergent. This
may affect the washing results adversely.
CAUTION
Do not open the detergent drawer while the washing machine is operating. Otherwise,
the input detergent may not apply normally.
Do not use the following types of detergent in the drawer:
- Tablet or capsule types
- Ball or net types
To prevent the compartment from clogging, concentrated or highly-enriched agents
(fabric softener or detergent) must be diluted with water before being applied.
