Symptoms Cause & Solution
When you feel the
output sound of the unit
is low.
Check the details below and adjust the unit according to them.
y
Switch [ON] state of DRC function to [OFF] by using remote controller.
y
With the sound bar connected with TV, change the AUDIO DIGITAL OUT
setting on TV Setup Menu from [PCM] to [AUTO] or [BITSTREAM].
y
With the sound bar connected with Player, change the AUDIO DIGITAL OUT
setting on Player Setup Menu from [PCM] to [PRIMARY PASS-THROUGH] or
[BITSTREAM].
y
Change Audio DRC setting on Player setup menu to [OFF] state.
Network
Symptoms Cause & Solution
Cannot connect the
speaker to your home
network.
The wireless communication may be interrupted from household devices that
are using radio frequencies. Move the speaker away from them.
Media servers are not
displayed on the device
list.
y
The rewall or anti-virus software on your media server is running. Turn o
the rewall or anti-virus software running on your media server.
y
Make sure that the speaker is connected to the local area network that your
media server is connected.
Music Flow Player doesn’t
work properly.
Is the Music Flow Player plugged in?
y
Plug in the Music Flow Player.
Is the LAN cable connected to the wireless router and the Music Flow Player
properly?
y
Connect the LAN cable to the Ethernet port on the back of the Music
FlowPlayer and to your wireless router.
When the Music Flow Player is plugged in, does the Music Flow Player’s LED
show it’s operating properly?
y
If you experience troubles with connecting the Music Flow Player, try
relocating the speaker closer to the wireless router or the Music Flow Player.
If you restart the router?
y
You need to turn the speaker’s power o and on again.
If you install new router.
y
You need to perform a factory set and setup the network connection for
speaker.
