INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup of sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
⅓ cup grapeseed oil
1 cup of water
1 cup of plain yogurt
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in the Mixer and then add the wet ingredients. Mix until well
blended. Cook on a hot, lightly greased griddle. Serve with maple syrup and fresh berries.

DIRECTIONS
Preheat waffle iron. Beat eggs in Mixer until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients and mix
until smooth.
Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into waffle iron.
Cook until golden brown. Serve hot with syrup and berries.
