Standards information:
Upper operating pressure limit: 80 kPa (12 psi).
Maximum safety pressure limit: 170 kPa (25 psi).
Compatible heat sources
The pressure cooker can be used on all
heat sources, except on Aga cookers.
When using an electric hob or induction, make sure that
the size of the hot plate does not exceed the size of the
pressure cooker base.
On a ceramic or halogen hob, always make sure that the
pressure cooker base is clean and dry.
On a gas hob, the flame should not lick past the diameter
of the pressure cooker base.
