z Using a USB Power Adapter to Charge/Power
the Camera
With USB Power Adapter PD-E1 (sold separately), you can use the camera
while charging the battery without removing it.

Make sure the camera is off.

Connect the USB power adapter.
z Insert the adapter plug as shown.

Connect the power cord.
z Connect the power cord to the USB
power adapter and plug the other end
into a power outlet.
z The charging lamp (1) turns orange, and
charging begins.
z Turn the camera on to use it while
charging the battery (except when
shooting or standing by to shoot).
z The lamp turns off when charging
îš¿nishes.
