#1 My combined microwave & oven has a 600 W power. If the instructions on my food say 800 W for a specified amount of time, how do I convert this time to my Neff.
We would advise that the appliance has max power of 1000w that will lower to 600w over a period for protection. If you wish to change time due to a a temperature that is not available, please use a conversion table if required.
This model has the following features, Built-in Microwave with steam function with the heating functions: microwave, Steam, hotAir, Hot air grilling, Full surface grill.
#3 Today I tried an experiment using the convection function to cook half of a batch of biscuits.I cooked the other half in the main oven. Perfect results from the main oven. Barely warm dough from the convection oven. Any ideas why?
We would advise that you check the settings you baked on, the convection oven uses top and bottom heat only. We would advise double checking this before booking an engineer.
#4 I have a C1APG64NOB Microwave & a BVAVM7HHOB oven. Does it matter if the oven is installed on top of the mircowave in the cabinet? I would rather have the microwave at the bottom. It is currently fitted the other way around with the oven at the bottom.
Having the microwave above the oven is the standard fitting. You can if you wish have this the other way as long as the installation guidelines are followed, you will also require a shelf in between the appliances.
