OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
To operate the rangehood, pull out the retractable hood
and select the extraction level using the switch on the right
hand side.

To switch on the rangehood light, use the switch located
on the left hand side of the rangehood.

Replacing the lamp
WARNING!
Ensure the rangehood is switched off before
carrying out maintenance, to avoid any possibility
of electric shock.
Ensure that the rangehood is unplugged, then slide out the
retractable hood and remove the lter. Turn the lamp
anti-clockwise to remove then replace the lamp by turning it
clockwise. Replace the lamps with 3.5W LED GU10.
Maintaining the rangehood
To maintain efficiency and reduce the risk of fire, the filters
should be removed at least once a month for cleaning.
1. Slide the retractable hood forward 1cm.
2. Push in clip on either side to release filter.
3. Pull lter downwards to remove. Repeat 2 & 3 for
models with a second filter.
4. Turn off mains switch before cleaning drawer and
cooker hood body.
5. Soak and agitate thelters in hot, soapy water or
washing soda. R
inse, drain and shake well. The filters
may also be placed in a dishwasher. Please note that
some discolouration may occur. This will not affect
the performance of the rangehood. Do not place the
carbonlters in the dishwasher.
6. After cleaning, re-fit filters making sure the clip pins
are securelytted into the locating holes in the
rangehood body and for twin lter versions, also
located in the pull out drawer section.
7. Holding cl
ip in, push opposite side of filter up until pins
are over locating holes.
8. Release clip ensuring filter is securely fitted.
CAUTION!
Use both hands for removing and re-fitting the
filters to avoid accidentally dropping the filters
and causing damage to your cooktop or kitchen
surfaces.
