Getting Started
Before Using the Appliance for the First Time
▯ Remove all packing materials and literature from the
cooktop surface.
▯ Wipe with a clean, damp sponge and dry.
▯ There may be a slight odor during the first several
uses. This is normal and will disappear.
▯ Optimum cooking results depend on the proper
cookware being selected and used. See “Choosing
Cookware - Cookware Recommendations”.
▯ Read all safety precautions and Use and Care Manual
information prior to operating.
