Indicator Cause/remedy
® off The door is locked, at the end of the programme or when paused, if laundry can be
added.
® is lit up ■ During the programme. Door locked.
■ Paused: Temperature too high. Wait until the temperature drops.
■ Paused: Spin speed too high. Wait until the drum comes to a halt.
■ Paused: Water level too high. It is not possible to add laundry. Touch ‹ to con-
tinue the programme.
® flashes ■ Slowly: The door cannot currently be locked or unlocked. Waiting time
required.
■ Quickly: Close the door because water can flow out from the laundry.
® and the

ator light flash
The door cannot be opened due to programme-related technical reasons.
When the lights go off, the door can be opened.
‹ off At the end of the programme, while the door is open
‹ is lit up After the programme has started
‹ is flashing Before the programme starts, paused
| is lit up Water pressure too low, may increase the length of the programme.
| is flashing No water supply:
■ Turn the tap on fully,
■ The supply hose is kinked/trapped,

Notes
■ Run the programme without laundry.
■ Use standard washing powder or a detergent that contains bleach. To prevent
foaming, only use half the amount of detergent recommended by the detergent
manufacturer. Do not use detergents intended for woollens or delicates.
■ Switching the information signal on/off
o is lit up Too much foam has been detected and additional rinse cycles have been activated.
Add less detergent to the next wash cycle with the same load.

At the end of the programme.
Not an appliance fault – the unbalanced load detection system has interrupted the
spin cycle because the laundry is unevenly distributed.
Distribute small and large items of laundry evenly in the drum. Spin the laundry
again if necessary.
