Faults Cause/remedy
Water is leaking from the
machine.
■ Attach the drain hose correctly or replace it.

The machine is not filling

after you switch the appliance on or off, this means that the appliance is in
shop mode. Switch shop mode off as follows:
1. Switch the appliance off and then on again.
2. Wait until the à•‹˜ message goes out on the display.
3. Press and hold A for at least 5 seconds.
‹”” will appear on the display and the appliance will switch
itself off automatically. Shop mode is now deactivated and
you can use the appliance as normal.
The drum briefly jerks or
judders after the pro-
