My vacuum looks like it is charging and when I have a blue light and take off of charger. it goes back to purple light
Does this unit run without the remote? Alson unit runs for a minute then dies
This vacuum will only work with the remote.
If the Robot suddenly stops working, please:
- Check if the Robot is trapped or stuck on an obstacle.
- Check if the battery level is too low.
- If these two methods do not work, turn off the main power switch, wait for 2 seconds, and then turn it back on.
- If you still have trouble, please contact the iMartine service via e-mail [email protected] for assistance.
Can I use my Imartine C800 without the original remote?
You cannot. It needs to use the remote control.
