#1 What does a white blinking light on the base mean?

The C800 model robot vacuum doesn't come with a white blinking light.

#2 Why don’t my c800 side brush’s turn off? Will only turn off with switch on bottom of robot

If you want to stop the side brush, in addition to pressing the button at the bottom, you can also press the button at the top, or you can pause through the remote control (make sure the remote control is powered), If these two methods do not work, please contact the iMartine service via e-mail [email protected]

#3 Just got this vacuum, looked at the manual and it won’t run at the scheduled time. How do I successfully schedule it to run?

You can set cleaning schedule on the remote control. The setting ways is told in the user manual "3.4 Cleaning Schedule" section. Here is a link:

#4 The side brushes stopped spinning even after I cleaned them?

You can clean Roller Brush, Filters, and Side Brushes together, and then restart your BoboVac.
