Just received my vacuum and love the suction and 360 view to avoid obstacles but it keeps saying bumper is stuck! With the price I paid for this vacuum I expected less hassle with issues like this. I am going to have to return for a different vacuum. :(
My Yeedi keeps going around and around in a circle then moves a short distance then goes in circles again. I clean it every time I use it.

Can I replace my yeedi in its charge manually?
My vacuum says that the bumper is stuck and also the last time I used it there was stuff on the brush but it didn’t pick anything up in the dust bin.
My vacuum keeps saying it’s bumper is stuck and asking to tap it but how do I fix this from happening o eat and over ?
Other wise it’s not self cleaning if every 2 minutes I have to tap the front to make workHow do I open the dust bin to empty it?
