CAN I USE THE FOODI TO CAN JARS?
This system is not designed for canning.
Can I sous vide?
No, this model doesn't sous vide. It has 7 cooking functions. They are Pressure, Steam, Slow Cook, Sear/Saute, Air Crisp, Bake/Roast, and Broil.
