My clean water tank dumps solution constantly. without trigger activated.

Took it apart to clean can’t get water sprayer back in

It is not picking up the water cleaned it took it apart
The brush roller is not moving
Please check for jams and/or broken belt. Turn the cleaner off and unplug from electrical outlet. Remove any obstructive debris or replace the belt. If this issue persists, please contact the Hoover Customer Service at 1-800-944-9200.
The machine is only picking up wet carpet pieces, no water in going into reservoir.
