Why does the HPo1 indicator continue to show an F with the 3 lines at the right? I have changed the filter, wiped everywhere, changed the wall outlet, held the on/off button for 6 seconds and it still continues to show an F no matter what temp. I choose. What should I do next?

The F code indicates the filter will need to be replaced and reset. The filter will need to be replaced once a year if the machine is ran for 12 hours a day. If you run it for 24 hours a day, it is about every 6 months. There is also an auto mode that you can set it on when you need to and it will be like a stand by mode and clean the air as needed to help the filter life as well.

For more details and how to use the remote, please see at: https://manualsfile.com/product/s81cr2lgv.html#remote-control This machine just blow air around like a regular fan, it is fan-forced air. It do not contain Freon like that of an air conditioner.

  • Hi,
Have a question about the filter light on the HP01. I replaced the filter and unplugged the device from wall power. Plugged in and held the top left button on the remote for 6 seconds and released the button. The F with the bottom lines to the right of the F solid with the top line flashing. What does this mean?
    Thanks,

Do often do you have to change the battery of remote? Our air purifier is less than a week old and remote isn’t working anymore. Does it charge when you put it on the top of the machine?
