When I try to cook, (set 1 mins or whatever and press start) just the light inside turns on and nothing else happens then turns off after like 3 sec, and sometimes(not every time) the display shows "COOL" even nothing has been cooked. Also, while it shows "COOL" the turn tray start turning, not like usual cooling after cook with noise, turning without cooling noise. Is it broken?
