    Like Roger above, our vacuum isn't very old, yet the brushroller has stopped? How can I remedy this?

    Vacumn runs for 10 seconds and then shuts off. Has been charged several times but doesn't go longer than 10 or 12 seconds. Worked oK initially. What can I do?
