Hello! I have this dryer installed to drain into a drain hole. I do not have the small black plug or blue filter in working position because of this, as per manual. However, after about 20 loads, I noticed that the tank has collected about 2 cups of water. Is this normal? If so, should I be using the blue filter in working position?
