    When I unscrewed the hotplate cover to clean it and the gasket which is under the espresso portafilter holder the brass fitting and spring came off with it. The spring has a fat end and an end with a small silicone ball on it. Which direction does the ball go when put back in? Facing ip or down? And how tight should the brass fitting be? Hand tight or screwed on tight?

    How do I descale the drip coffee side? When I follow the instructions from the manual, press and hold the button for 6 second, it does not blink as it indicates that it should.

    I just bought this machine. The water for the espresso side doesn’t get hot, barely luke warm. Should I be doing something for the temperature?
