how do you damper this smoker
The Cuisinart COS-330 is an electric smoker, it does not have a traditional damper or adjustable vents.
Smoker has been on more than 1 hour. I still see no smoke coming out. Hickory chips were soaked in wayer 39-45 min. prior to startup.
Please try increasing the temperature or using dry chips instead, and it is recommended to use wood chips directly on the heater coil.
Can the wood chip holder work without the top?
Yes, but it is recommended to use the wood chip box with its lid for optimal performance.
